Are you still accepting bookings for 2026?
Yes we are still taking booking. We are capable of pulling weddings in 4 weeks and other events within 1 week of time.
What is included in the Venue cost?
For Weddings: We will provide a clean hall setup with furniture. We include table cloth, cutlery, napkin and setting up of those and also cleaning up at the end of the night. You only need to bring it your table centrepieces and your personal decor items like your table seating plan, table tent cards and card box, and pictures etc. Also, the full wedding planning is also included in the venue cost. Servers and bartenders are also included.
For small events like birthday/showers: You only get the clean hall with furniture and you will need to bring table cloths and also setup and tear down on your own. Bartenders is provided if you are ordering alcohol. Servers included if you are ordering food with us.
Are you able to create a custom menu?
You certainly can. The pricing sheet has a generic menu but we can create a new menu and price it for you as well. We are also able to provide any other cultural food and also be able to accommodate any religious options like Hindu Vegetarian, Kosher or Halal meat etc.
How much is the deposit to hold a date?
Weddings - $1500
Other events - $300
Are we able to create special his and her drinks for the bar?
Certainly, we do that all the time. Instead, of our wedding punch, you can custom create special drinks for the cocktail hour or through the entire wedding.
Is this a Bring Own Boose venue?
No, our liquor license only allows to serve the drink bought on our license. Therefore, no outside alcohol permitted on the property.
Do you have any accommodations available?
Yes, we do have a nearby farm house that can host 10 to 12 guests. Please check out the Accommodation section for more details.
